Geovision Slows Mouse Cursor

Just installed GV-650 and Geov 8.2. When I click on Geov window the mouse cursor speed slows way down. When I click on any other window it speeds back up.

 

Any idea of how to fix this?

Am using Asus A8N-SLI, AMD Athlon 3200 2Ghz, 2 Gig Ram
