Geovision password?

Hey everyone,

I recently tried to set up the GeoVision WebCam server on my computer. Everything seemed to go well but then the ‘’login-remote authentication system’’ ID and password came up. I try to enter the ID and password that I thought I applied earlier, but when I do it says ‘’can not find this ID or hint’’ or ’’ Wrong password’’. And now I can’t view my cameras all.

Is there any way to reset the ID and password? Or is there any way to find out what the ID and password is?

I’ve tried to find this answer on other posts but I haven’t seen to come across any.

The system that I’m using is GeoVision GV1480 V8.1.1.0
