jeromephone 6 Posted September 25, 2008 I am trying to control a generic dome camera using this video server I have set the camera up for pelco p 9600 etc and it works fine with a remote and with a keyboard controlller. I hook up to the 485 ports on the axis and no control I have downloaded there pelco driver, and tried various protocal and baud rates with no luck. I have tried using different camera addresses and still no response I am getting a picture through the web interface and the software seems to be responding as per the manual. Any ideas or am I going to have to buy another Cam ? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jeromephone 6 Posted October 2, 2008 I guess It is kind of stupid but I will reply to my own post. The key is to set the generic Pelco to pelco D as that is all the Axis supports.
