monsta22 0 Posted September 26, 2008 Hi. First post on here, and I couldn't find anything relating to my problem. I'm using the AV Tech Video Web Server through an AVtech 760 and it's been working fine for the past 4 months, but when I browse to it now, I get a "This certificate has expired" for the java applet. It expired on 23rd September. It gives me the option to "Trust" the applet, or I can select "Don't trust". If I select "Trust" I can view my cameras on my Mac, but not when I use my PC, but obviously I don't want to keep selecting "Trust" as before the 23rd September, I just logged in on both my mac and PC with no problems at all. Does anyone know if I update the firmware on the 760, will that fix it, or does AV Tech have to sort out a new signed certificate?
scorpion 0 Posted November 7, 2008 On your PC you will have to go to internet options and delete temp internet files. This will allow you to reinstall the active x. Go ahead and let it run eventhough it is expired then you PC should be able to see video again. Please let me know if this fixed the problem for your PC
