vinniegraves 0 Posted October 17, 2008 Hi guys recently set up avtech 761 at our office which is working fine and allows remote access via dyndns. i am trying to get the supervisor software working on my nokia navigator phone. i have downloaded and installed the programe but when i try and connect to our dyndns address i get "Unhandled Exception Close Application" come up on my phone. any ideas. I believe the support from avtech is very bad, sorry to say that but after sending many emails to their support en never getting response. I posted something, AVTech ppl come in reply to the thread promoting their product, then i posted a question to them on the same thread, they just magically disappear. no more reply. till now. avware 0 Posted November 14, 2008 while using the java software for to connect to the avtech dvr it isn't possible to use port 80! try forwarding port 88 to port 80 from the ip of dvr and connect with your mobile with port 88. this should work fine then. Yes it works now, thanks. my problem was that I was using port 80 with the application GPRS/3G Software . EagleEyes(J2ME) But it only works on AVC760 but not AVC761. Both are configure with port 81. Any one tried the other version? polaret 0 Posted December 9, 2008 Anyone know if i have to put specific port to see by GPRS/3G or i can put 6500 for example because this one i use right now and i cant see by cell phone (only by away PC).
