SteveOh 0 Posted October 26, 2008 hi fellas. I've just installed a Avermedia 1304NET in my house and have it setup and running great. now I would like the remote viewing setup so I can check it out at work. Problem is I cant even see it on my LAN.. I have set the network settings in the 1304 to DCHP and reserved the IP 192.168.0.2 for it in the router. When i goto the IP in IE (run in administrator mode) I get the enter username and password box. but when I enter User - 111111 it comes back with wrong username or password. I'm in the UK, using Vista 64 and A SKY Sagem Router. Thanks for any help with this.... As an addition to this... I have connected using the firmware update software on port 5005... I have setup dyndns and have forwarded the ports.... and i'm still stuck....
VST_Man 1 Posted October 27, 2008 did you hange the password? What about "Superuser"? Figure out your password...........nothing wrong if you get the login screen. If you need to reset password, call Avermedia. I always recommend that over telling ANYONE since I don't trust most in my Business....especially when it comes to passwords.
