pete_ 0 Posted October 29, 2008 I bought this dvr used and it worked for a year, than the hard drive crashed and I had to reformat and install the win 2k pro. Now I am having trouble installing the dss1000 software. It goes thru the installation procedure and everything. When I try to run the software, it says some files are missing or damaged.
