One twisted pair is all i have to get power/ video / telem?

Firstly i understand i may be asking for a miracle or ending up in custom kit but let me know what you guys think.

 

I have one twisted pair (2 cores), no way of changing it (long story)

 

I need to power a small camera, and operate some lights (on/off) all via the two cores.

12vdc or 24vac? length of run? amperage of lights/camera?
