Intellicam JS-16RTA-D1

Hey guys,

 

I have read several posts on the Intellicam DVR's and I am a little confused. Can someone tell me if the model JS=16RTA-D1 will:

 

1) play video in reverse, and

2) does it have 16 loop-outs that actually work on the back.
