david 0 Posted February 7, 2004 I've been looking at the Hi-Cap100 card, has anyone had experiences with these cards and their software? http://www.comartsystem.com/products/eng_hicap.htm I would be replacing a somewhat out of date DVR that I use around home (6yr old, poor frame rate/quality & large file sizes). I already have a P4 2Ghz Intel MB machine ready for a dedicated DVR role, with around 9 cameras around the place. Thanks in advance for any info.. David Sydney Aus. cctv_down_under 0 Posted February 8, 2004 You can purchase, the Hicap range fro Rhino Security, they are the major distributor in Australia. We purchased one, (for testing) but the software was very buggy, I still have it if your interested and you can have it for well below cost, The Hi Cap is one of the cheapest fast frame cards around, althought the stability is not as good or the features anywhere as good as Geovision.
