Cyria 0 Posted November 2, 2008 I'm having a problem getting one of my Pelco Spectra IIIs under control through my Bosch Allegiant. The matrix and translator aren't the problem as I've got other Spectra IIIs running fine. I'm thinking it might be an addressing problem, but I can't find any literature about how to address the Pelco dome with a port number over 255 when using Pelco D code and a Bosch Allegiant to control the cam through a Bosch translator (Bi-Phase to Pelco RS-422). I've also tried switching out cam heads with no luck. I've toned the cable, so I know it has continuity and it's the right one (we've got a small rats nest in here). Any suggestions? cctv_down_under 0 Posted February 25, 2009 I doubt this will help...but the Bosch domes require termination at the end of line...but I think its more of a Pelco question..there may be dips for changing adresses or defaulting it to original address.
