SteveOh 0 Posted November 8, 2008 Can anyone give me any pointers on getting the CM300 software going with my EB1304NET. It isn't receiving the alarms/video from the DVR. I've read the manual and it says to make sure the DVR knows to send the video to the CMS Software but I can find a setting for it. Any ideas fellas? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Then in Cm3000 software there is a receive alarm option under alarm setup. Make sue it is ticked. Yes the "Receive alarm" box is ticked... I just never get any Events showing in the main screen....
