Increase LiveView FPS on GV-2008

I am trying to watch from home over the internet and looking for information to increase the frames per second to get rid of the breaks in playback.

 

How can I increase the FPS for LiveView on GV-2008?

 

I am using the default MPEG-4 codec and have my cameras setup at 320 X 240.
