Rebco 0 Posted November 12, 2008 Anyone have any troubleshooting ideas on this dvr, A new customer of mine had a system installed about 7 months ago. He had been calling a trunk slammer that installed the system and NADA then called me to fix the mess that was there. I fixed everything but the remote control problem and a have a bald spot to prove it. The batteries were change the receiver shows the red light when pressing any key on the remote but no reaction from the DVR. I have tryed changing to other USB ports and again nothing any ideas anyone anyone? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
rss 0 Posted November 12, 2008 It's probably a software issue. Tempest dvrs are notorious for having issues. I would reload the 4.6.6 software. Or give up and use the mouse, works better anyway. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
