Wild Blue Satellite Internet Problems

I installed a DVR for a customer in her office using DSL.

 

At home she has Wild Blue internet satellite service which worked great this summer. Now she can't view the DVR. No changes have been made at her house since this summer.

 

The DVR is viewable from my location using DSL so the DVR connection should be OK.

 

The tech at Wild Blue says they don't block ports or IP ranges and nothing has changed in their system.

 

Anyone else experience a "it worked before - now it don't" situation with Wild Blue?
