coolie11 0 Posted November 14, 2008 I've just gained a new customer with a 4 CH GE Interlogix StoreSafe. They currently have two cameras on the system and would like to add two more, they never had to do anything with the unit except live view. The are asking me to show them how to do a playback or even archive. The problem is when time comes to enter the password it doesn't accept the default passwords and the customer doesn't know what the password was changed to.
