easiest way to get events off 1304.net?

What is the easiest way to get evidence off of these dvrs? Ive tried the usb port, with a flash drive and couldnt get it to work. Maybe I should just download the event remotely and then write to a disk?

network in and remote it....easiest way. USB was buggy in that you need the firmware updated and a name brand USB stick for it to work...........but it works.....

 

these dvr's are network happy............and they work very well.
