Problem with Skybest 6802i card and software???

I have installed the card and software, all looks fine except the only way i can see footage from the software is in the settings. on the normal view and playback i can only see Camera mask on the screen and no footage.

 

Any ideas?

 

I've been trying to get some other software to run on this card nothing seems to run any other suggestions?

 

help greatly appreciated as im pulling my hair out.

i've tried just about every bit of software on the market, none of them seem to be able to work with CCTV analogue capture cards. Even Luxriot doesnt seem to be able to work

Generally security measures are placed on the cards so that you can't mix and match the cards and software.
