ExtraEyes 0 Posted November 25, 2008 Is there a video cleaning software available, The video we have is of a man entering a vehicle and stealing a GPS unit out of it. He looks right up at the camera. Of course the more we zoom the more pixelated it gets. Is there a software that could help to regenerate a more clear picture. Any help would be greatful! No. Slightly longer answer: Yes but it's of extremely limited utility. You can't make data out of thin air. What you see in movies and TV only works with scriptwriting magic. bob332 0 Posted November 26, 2008 about the best i think you could do was grab the best frame you have and then take it into photoshop and mess some filters in there, but don't expect much more than the blob of a face you already have. if you just watched this last weeks americas most wanted, awm sent either a frame or some video to a guy in @ nasa that all he does is clean up images supposedly, and his still looked pretty bad... imho, unless this guy killed a person or did something of equal severity, the police won't care and won't do much for you. unless somebody in your office knows this person by the way they walk or some other feature, i am afraid you are sol. sorry....
