IP Cam + NVR , mininum Internet connection speeds

I want to use a GV. mini fixed dome 1.3 MP IP camera, at 8 different locations, and upload via Internet to a NVR. I only need 640x480 at 10 fps

What is the minimum upload speed per camera/location.

What is the minimum download speed for the NVR to work properly (without loosing any frames etc.)
