Heroms 0 Posted January 8, 2009 Hello. I'm trying to fix a computer for someone, they had already reinstalled windows on it though and so now I am trying to get their DVR working. They had no information on the card whatsoever, so I opened the case and the only thing I could find on the DVR card were the words "Xview XL2030" I did a search and found that it is possibly the Digivue EDV XV425, and the pictures of the cards did look alike. I installed the drivers and it shows up under my device manager as functional and working properly. Problem is, every single software that I try either claims that I have no capture card present or the camera is not found. Any help is greatly appreciated. Here are my system specs, I have also installed the latest drivers. - Windows XP home edition - AMD anthlon XP 1500+ ~1.3Ghz - 512MB ram - Nvidia Geforce 2 MX/MX 400 64mb I have also tried using btinstaller but the device shows up as not working properly when I do.
