ebouza 0 Posted January 11, 2009 Good evening to all, I have a pc based camara software called DVRNET, I am able to play all recorded video just fine within the DVRNET program, I need to be able to send some video clips to the authorities to be watched. The problem I am running in to is that when I copy the video file to a thumb drive and try to play it using eitheir Windows Media or VLC I get an error message that the video file is not supported. The file extension of the video clips are .bix and .box. Can someone please guide me in the right direction to find a convertor or a player that support these types of file extensions.
