dfort 0 Posted January 15, 2009 Hi Everyone, We inherted this unit as part of our building purchase. When I turned it on, it says *** Sofware build is incompatible *** I called for tech support and they want me to send it in. I searched in the archives and found the 'up towngirl' explanation, but I can't do anything with that. It keeps telling me 'Not logged in' Can anyone help get past this part? I have downloaded the service instruction and it does say that J1 is the reset jumper, but I don't want to do anything rash.
