Cannot see Video throught trendnet TE 1820 HUB. (Resolved)

Using Video Server E they used the search mode, and they can find the DVR's address that was asigned to it DHCP mode, and they can see the MAC address.

 

There is a viewing window called Detail Info.

It shows all of the information that is in the DVR for

Server IP address

Mac

gateway

subnet

DNS

 

The information is what is in the DVR, but this info is "grayed" out rather than bold black.

 

When logging in to the Video Server E to bring up video they get a log in error.

 

Anyone know what they may be running in to that prevents them from "connecting" to the DVR?

I went to the persons house, and I found that it was an AVC760A.

 

I set them up with Video Server, and deleted Video Server E, and everything worked fine.
