Dedicated Micros Power Supply have no function (broken)

I used DM/DS2P/500/16 and now the power supply model UP07223010 has no function (broken). Can any body give information, where can I buy that power supply only ?

I believe it is called a PSU do a search on the internet for Dedicated Micros PSU and there are a few companies that sell them. I believe there are different ones for different model dvrs.
