Dedicated Micros sprite 2 problem

My digital sprite 2 has went from working fine to now not being able to connect to it locally via lan or web.I have done all the obvious I know of, changed routers, wiped and reinstalled software, local pc on lan pings ip of sprite unit but wont show ip of unit using ipconfig.

Dedicated Micros telephone support suggested opening more ports which i did to no avail.

I cannot connect to it via the lan or the web server, but can connect using webviewr on the lan, which will only allow me to view, locally.

This tells me the ethernet port is fine, the version of software is 3.1 net dvtr.

Any help would be grateful.
