Paul79UF 0 Posted February 4, 2009 I pulled this GeoVision card from a working setup. Can anyone please help me identify this card? The markings on the connectors say "CH 1-8" and "CH 9-16". Thanks.
hardcore 0 Posted February 4, 2009 Hi Paul... I´m sure this is not a genuine Geovision Card.. You can see the color diference, other components, D-type connector and others.
Paul79UF 0 Posted February 5, 2009 Hey hardcore. Thanks for the input. I'd ask the guy who built this old DVR computer but my friend hasn't talked to him in years. Anyone else have more insight?
402vette 0 Posted February 5, 2009 Looks like a GV-800 120fps Chinese made knock off. It will only run 6.1 software but actually runs like a champ and has all the features of that revision. Those pesky chinese are now making some like that gv-800/gv-900 cards that will run 8.1 software on those cards. If you are wanting to know so you can figure out what software to use try finding a 6.1eng install and it should work.
