dichihhu 0 Posted February 6, 2009 Hello, I have installed a PC-based DVR for a customer who's live view is always blinking. The most serious problem is the color blinking. Please see the attached video2.wmv. I've changed several PC and several cameras, but seems no luck to improve it. Could anybody kindly give me an idea? Why this happens and how should I avoid it? It could be because of daylight lamps which has blinking, which is not seen by eye, but can be seen by camera because of different rate.
