david248005 0 Posted February 18, 2009 Hi I ahve just installed 4 of these cameras but am having a problem with the last one. I connected it all up and after focusing it, it was working perfectly in colour mode. I then turned off the lights and it worked perfectly in IR mode. After switching the lights back on the camera will not revert back to colour mode and the IR leds are constantly on. I don't have a ptz controller to make setup changes but the other cameras have all been fine without any tweaking. Any ideas to what trhe problem could be?
