Bob Browning 0 Posted March 2, 2009 I have 8 Honeywell HD3VC4A Dome Cameras with the same problem, the video is all lines and noise, the video sync is ok. Must be a common problem with this camera, anybody have any suggestions on what part is bad ? I would like to repair them myself, if possible. rapid 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Hi Bob, Are you using 24vac or 12vdc operation? For 12vdc, make sure you have the right polarity to avoid camera damage. I'm thinking that your power supply can not deliver enough power for the camera (3.5w) as this appears to happen to all 8 cameras.
