VST_Man 1 Posted April 1, 2009 open ie, goto tools, internet options, click on your security tab, click on custom level teb.......scroll down to ActiveX settings and enable all. now try to open the DVR browser via IE.......it should allow you to install the activeX..... after you get it to load reset your activeX settings.......
