abu3anter 0 Posted March 19, 2009 hello all i had this dvr for about 3 years now and it was great. its a custom built 16ch .i was runing huperlab software which was the ver 2.0 i went to huperlab website and they had the 3.0 ver so i uninstalled the old software and download the new one and all my trouble started there. i didnt backup my system before i did that and my restore point somehow didnt recored that change.right now every time i try to download 2.0 or 3.0 or whatever i get the error (the Capture Card is not Supported) i opened the pc to detremend what is the brand of the cards i didnt find anyname beside the PLX PCI6140 chipset. i did download Btinstaller , it did find the card as Bt878 but still no luck having the software to work with this card. its 2 cards with extention to another littel card that goes under the big card . each card has 4 channel +4 on the littel one and 4 audio inputs. anyhelp plz. if anyone has an old huperlab2400 software previous to 2.0 id really apprecite it if u can share it with me as i think an older version would solve the proplem. thanks much Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
