mikex79 0 Posted March 19, 2009 hi everyone I recently have been asked to fit 12 cameras and one dvr in one premisses and 4 cameras and dvr (two separate jobs for differet people) I am a cctv engineer but i have never work for my own so i have no idea how to price the jobs, can anyone tell me how much do you charde per camera or how do you make a quotes? the 12 cameras job specification: long cable runs, cables inside the walls, 3 floors to cover + 3 cameras outside the 4 cameras job specification: cables fitted on the walls, one floor, middle size room i am looking just for the price fitting the cameras as all the equipment and wires are supplied separatelly I thank in advance for everyone for looking at my post Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
bigbuilding 0 Posted March 26, 2009 Not really sure on price per cam, would vary depending on camera, location, etc. I am no expert but I would suggest breaking down your quote: X amount for cameras, x for cable, X for DVRs, then just one number for entire labor piece.
