rory 0 Posted February 11, 2004 sad thing it is, the video surveillance may have helped capture the murderer, but unforunatey did not help save her life, though the camera can only do so much. Does anyone know what technology they used to enhance the video image, just curious? Anyone know what DVR was being used, compression type etc?? qman 0 Posted February 12, 2004 Who is she? she was a 11? year old girl that a this guy kidnapped, it was all over the news, cause cctv cameras caught the whole thing.
