supradealz 0 Posted March 27, 2009 Preview looks fine. When in playback it looks like the attached photo. If I view remotely preview is fine. When I go to remote console its much less distorted (only the right 1/8th of the screen) but in both preview and playback mode. Also if I capture from the local console either in preview or playback mode the photos are severely distorted even though in preview mode it looks fine. supradealz 0 Posted March 27, 2009 Here is the preview snapshot from WebViewer. This is how it looks like in Webviewer and on local console preview. However, the snapshot from local console preview is distorted just like the playback. This is the same image as the distorted image taken a few minutes apart. supradealz 0 Posted March 27, 2009 Last bit of wierdness In Remote Console, the image looks 90% there except for distortion to the right. When I do a snapshot in remote console, all I get is a black image. I did a print screen through Windows/Paint so you can see my actual screen. Wierd that I can see the image but the snapshot only gives a black image. For some reason it won't let me attach any more files or give a photobucket link so I guess I cant attach the pictures. VST_Man 1 Posted March 27, 2009 you have a video card issue. try loading 5.0.0017 I had to upgrade my video card to a known/tested video card......my video was exactly the same as yours is...I have a 6480e and I purchased a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814139031 which works fine.
