AVTECH IR Camera - flicker, blear problems

I have tested some AVTECH Camera and have the some follow problem :

 

1. In indoor eviroment, under lamp light, the video was flicker with Model KPC-133C - 1/3 CCD HR Color IR Dome Camera 520TVL, 21 IR, but the cheaper model KPC-133B - 1/3 CCD IR Dome Camera 420TVL, 21 IR didn't have this flicker problem

 

2. Camera KPC-136C, KPC-133C also have blear problem when light was low.

 

Could any could help to explain in deep technical what are the reasons of above problem and there is away to fix, resolve this problem

Hi, I have this problem too. With Avtech product. With a 420tvl, it's does not flickers. However, under 530 tvl, it flickers. Did u manage to resolve it?
