501 0 Posted April 7, 2009 Once again, many customers are calling with dipmap problems. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Why can't they get it working properly? IS it that hard to configure this with some reliability for the thousands of customers? Very dissappointed! Same problem too with all of my customers. sometime dipmap work some time do not work. But i use backup. i install hamachi (something lika fixed ip adress) so if dipmap do not work hamachi work. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

secureconcepts 0 Posted April 7, 2009 don't want to be too negative, but guys it's a free service ! (that's probably why they do not spend too much time and money on it). It's great for testing and if a customer wants to use it, fine. Just explain it's free and not guaranteed.
