kpnuts 0 Posted April 12, 2009 Hi On one of our cameras we can see the main road that runs past our works, maybe a 5th of the screen. We cant do anything with the cameras position but have masked out that area. The problem we have is that it still records when it detects movement in the masked area. Everytime traffic passes it records. We have reduced the sensitivity of the camera but now we miss a lot of movement in our yard. We have tried everything to resolve this but its annoying to look through maybe 20 videos that are set off by the traffic and 1 that is movement in the yard. We uninstalled then reinstalled the v8.2 we use with no difference. The card is a gv600 and only 3 months old. Could anyone tell us why this is happening. We were even thinking of taping up the front lens to block the camera from seeing the road, its that annoying.
