robert 0 Posted April 15, 2009 Guys, Are there any devices than can help me? Any kind of injectors which will push signal more than limited CAT5/CAT6 100 metres? I`m thinking of three Veracity LAN extender. Any other devices?

robert 0 Posted April 15, 2009 That is a good unit that has worked well for us for cameras and phones. But will it work if my camera is not POE? Its ACTi ACM-4200.
Monitor Your Assets 0 Posted April 15, 2009 Yep! You'll need PoE to power the repeaters though, either through a switch or an injector. The camera will have the power available but simply won't use it.

Yes, if you are not using a POE switch then you will install the Verasity "OUTSOURCE" device prior to the Verasity "OUTREACH" Device. If you are using CAT6 you should be able to get the 220M distance with 2x Outreach devices, installed at 110M intervals.
