wicked 0 Posted April 16, 2009 Hi I have save a vse file from a avtec dvr recorder as it is required as police evidence. The player was playing back at normal speed , but the saved video on the pc appears to run at about 8 times the normal speed. Ant help would be appreciated
Sam007 0 Posted April 17, 2009 wow....i have the complete opposite problem here. When I save a file to USB from my avtech, in .dvr or converted to .vse and then played back on a computer....the video plays s-l-o-w motion....
scorpion 0 Posted April 17, 2009 I am not familiar with this problem. To do some troubleshooting first I would ask what kind of machine is it? If you open it up it will have a model number on the PC board. The reason that I ask is that is could be a 761M, or a 761A. The M stands for mainboard, and this version used Video Server E. The newer model in the A series uses Video Viewer instead of Video Server E. I was wondering if we could use the opposite viewer, and try to see if this allows the video to play. Do you have the Player only, or do you have the whole program that goes with the DVR? The other guessing part is to see if the file itself is "too fast", and the player is just playing what is "sees", or is it that the file is "fine", but the player is causing the hiccup?
