EgbertSouses 0 Posted April 21, 2009 Hello! Happy to announce that after much research/stress/$$ I finally got my first surveillance system up and running! Anyways, I'm having trouble with my Geovision setup as follows: (1) Every 30 minutes or so, I have to restart the Geovision program because the video capture screens freeze. The program itself isn't frozen, it is only the video playback that is frozen on an image. Once I restart, it resumes back to normal only to freeze again 30 minutes later. (2) I can't seem to get remote playback to work. I followed these directions step by step: http://www.cctvcamerapros.com/Geovision-Remote-Viewer-Setup-s/118.htm Yet, when I try to login through the remote computer, it says login failed. Any ideas? Also, I had a side question... how can I designate where the Geovision is saved? By default it is using the harddrive in which the program is installed, but that isn't where I want all the data to be stored.
