the video was given to me by the LP of a Home Depot and the VIDEO is very small in size 0.99MB, almost like a picture so really i can send it to you but it was pulled from CCTV system (not high quality) . The license plate number that i need is from the blue 2 door car which you cannot miss on seconds 6-18. any advise or help would be appreciated
