Netrome security black box NS480 error messages

I am getting these error messages when the system starts and I get no image- and cannot see it the image when I remote:

 

 

SecurityBlackBox:

 

WAVEIN:2:A device ID has been used that is out of range for your system

 

 

any ideas out there?
