Geovision Main 8.3 and Control Center 8.3

I have 8 x GV2008s running my main system. I ahev just upgraded these to 8.3.

I also have 4 unopened Control Center 8.2 with dongle. I assume that the 2 are incompatible.

 

Do Geovision offer a swap or part-ex scheme for the dongles or have i wasted £500 on teh 8.2 dongles and now have to spend another £500 on 8.3 dongles?

I have geovision 1480 card and also control center with dongle.

 

I have had no problem just installing the new version of the software (upgraded a couple of times now, up to 8.3) for control center.

 

The dongle worked just fine with the new software.

 

If you contact geovision with your card / control center serial numbers they can give you the download link for 8.3 if you need it.
