cctv camera- imagers used in china

I need help about CCTV imagers. generally, the chinese cctv camera manufacturers use what kind of cctv. i've got loads of quotes: some say SONY only, others say SONY SUPER HAD, SONY ExView HAD, DSP, SS-3 and what not. which one is more expensive and better. I guess SUPER HAD was good in low light conditions not very long ago. Any comments, please.

 

One more thing, is sony manufacturing ccd imager in korea as well?
