808wongie 0 Posted April 28, 2009 I have a Sam Sung SHR-2040 4 channel standalone unit using Smartviewer 2.0 software. I recently updated the time on the DVR due to it was 20 mins slow over the internet. Now I cannot access any immages prior to the time change. everything else is working normally.
