new system for diginet card 2x 8ch

sorry im new here and i hop someone can help me.. im building a new pc for 2 diginet card 8ch that im going to run a 16ch. i need help on the specification of the pc.. this is what i intend to buy :-

 

prosessor core 2 duo 2.8 E7400

mainbord intel DP43TF ( chipset Intel® P43 Express Chipset )

memory kingston 2GB

Graphic card Sapphire ATI 4650 ( 512mb ddr3 128bit )

 

now if i build a pc with this specification is there going to be any problems ?? if so what specification that i need.

 

i hop someone can give me advise on my specification.
