cctvexpert 0 Posted February 21, 2005 You need to get software and license keys. They sell that separately. Also be careful because the chinese cards will not interoperate with the International (English) cards. cctvexpert 0 Posted February 22, 2005 The guys repping Hik in America can supply SDK for Windows or Linux with demo applications or you can get complete software for encoding and decoding.
