how to setup nokia express music to view avtech dvr??

hi everyone this is my first post, i have one problem regarding cctv setup, i have 1 client using nokia express music, he want to view cctv system through his phone. but i failed to do it, i try on other phone(samsung omnia,sony ericson) all can view it.

is it the software i download it(eagle eyes) problem or the phone cant support it??

It is probably the phone, or the provider.
