Advice for some DVR for ~150EUR

Hi,

 

I would like to buy some DVR which would have 4 video inputs, record video on HDD, with motion detection, with watching over Internet/LAN. Am I able to get some under 150 EUR? I would lika also if it record all 4 videos in resolution 720x576. Is this possible? Or do I have to aim to more expensive models with this resolution?
